Appetizer :

* Cucumber tagliatelle with peperoncino, honey & peanut powder

* Mini Queen Bite (creamy mushroom in puff pastry)

* Raw asparagus salad with citrus segments, shallot & mint

* Sweet peas & fava beans gazpacho, whipped curry cream, dried bresaola
