I was born in the harbor city of Nantes, France, where I completed culinary training in the professional hotel school Louis Antoine de Bougainville, in 1989.
I value freshness and organic ingredients, presentation, colors and textures. My passion for food is linked to my family and French traditions, emotions and memories which are mixed among aromas and flavors….
Professionally trained, before and during Yachting experience as private Chef, I worked in Europe and Caribbean in a wide variety of hôtels, gastronomic restaurant & brasseries. Other experiences like catering cinema, style fooding, consulting, table d’hôtes.
Specializing in healthy gourmet cuisine based in seasonal fresh products, I have excellent knowledge in creative and international cuisine in a wide variety including brunches, chic luncheons, gourmet dinners, cocktail parties, canapés & buffets, French cuisine, Italian, Mediterranean, Créole, Mexican, American, English, Thai & Japanese cuisine. Custom birthday cakes, desserts, ice cream & sherbets and I am able to adhere to low sugar diet, low fat, gluten-free, lactose-free, salt-free, vegan & vegetarian.
I have gained experience worldwide with the ability to provision on a budget, create specific menus, galley management and organization, food safety and hygiene.
With my experience I can make a difference. As I worked with several different types of clients in the past, I am very confident in my skills as a chef but also as a person.
